The renovated two-rooms apartment is a family apartment that is located on the ground floor at the garden. It has TV (Greek channels+BBC+TV5+RIK+DW), wifi-internet connection (free of charge), private bathroom, Air condition, 24hrs hot water, kitchen with the appropriate equipment (the room’s kitchen is a typically holidays kitchen, with two hot plates, small oven, some plates, small over, glasses, forks, spoons, knifes, and some cooking pans, electric under cabinet hood, etc.). There are two similar rooms with two beds in one room and a double-bed to the other room and a kitchen that is separated from the two rooms. The apartment is located on the ground floor at the garden. There is no sea view but you have direct access to the house’ garden.
The closest beach is this of Paradisos beach around 1km away from us. The beach of Neos Marmaras is located on the other side of the village, around 2.5km. Βoth beaches are easily reached on foot from Valachis Central Studios. Also, in 200m, there is a small pebble picturesque beach on walking distance.
Moreover, there is a number of various types of beaches in our closest area, by using your car (Karidi 35km, Elia 11km, Agios Nikolaos 27km, Sarti 50km, Kalamirsi 35km, Vourvourou 32km, Kalogria 16km, Orange 27km and Lagonisi 52km etc).
The closest mini market is next to Valachis Central Studios (20m) and the closest bakery around 500m. Super Market Masoutis is located 4km away from us on the way to Toroni and Sarti.
Also, someone can visit the historical and protected village “Parthenonas”, just 5km away from Neos Marmaras and the famous complex of Porto Carras hotels for gambling and wine tasting.
