‘Valachis Central Studios’ is a family owned business in the city of Neos Marmaras that offers you  a variety of accommodation units, ‘budget’ or ‘luxurious’, always ‘value for money’, safe accommodation for your holidays. ‘Valachis Central Studios’ meet the needs of those seeking for a ‘Clean and Hospitable’ place in the city of Neos Marmaras with the standard facilities, just 5 minutes away from the city center on foot and 10 minutes away from the beach ‘Paradisos’.

‘Valachis Central Studios’ are nicely decorated, providing the leisure and the amenities that meet basic or high standards of accommodation facilities in the village of Neos Marmaras, in Sithonia, Halkidiki.

For your convenience, each room has its own private balcony (sea or not sea view), TV (Greek channels+BBC+TV5+RIK+DW), private bathroom (some with hand held bidet), 24 hours hot water, Air Condition, anti-mosquito devices, kitchenette with the appropriate equipment and wifi-internet connection (free of charge).

Also, in 200m, there is a small pebble picturesque beach on walking distance. Additionally, there is a number of various types of beaches in our closest area, by using your car. The closest mini market is next to Valachis Central Studios (20m) and the closest bakery around 500m.

Nice place for relaxing hollidays.Nice and quiet place. You need 5 minutes walking for the center of Neos Marmaras, but not noisy area. The rooms are clean and the owners very friendly. They help you on everything you need. There are 2 small beaches close to the hotel and one little bigger, Paradisos, 5 minutes walking.Good for relaxing hollidays with family or for couples.

Άψογη Διαμονή.Πάρα πολύ φιλόξενο και όμορφο περιβάλλον με έναν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και περιποιητικό ιδιοκτήτη έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Το δωμάτιο ήτανε πάρα πολύ καθαρό και γενικότερα προσεγμένοι χώροι με λιτές και minimal γραμμές. Πιθανώς προσφάτως ανακαινισμένο/βαμμένο, με απίθανη θέα από ψηλά της θάλασσας και του Μαρμαρά για πρωινό καφέ στο μπαλκόνι του δωματίου. Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή από όλες τις απόψεις και ο ιδιοκτήτης και η όλη συνεννόηση μαζί του έκαναν τα πάντα πολύ ευκολότερα και βολικά. Ευχαριστούμε πραγματικά πολύ για την φιλοξενία, ήτανε όλα άριστα.
